Birnbaum & Bullock Design New Ballet

Robert Bullock and Steven Birnbaum, the internationally renowned bridal design team, have brought their unique brand of modern, sophisticated style to a new venue.

On March 18th 1999, "Dixit Dominus," a new piece choreographed by one of America's leading choreographers, Mark Morris, had its world premier in Berkeley, California. The evocative costumes are awash in a palette of blues and purples. The ballet was unanimously hailed as among Mr. Morris' finest works.

Birnbaum & Bullock, with their bold costumes, rich in translucent color and the movement of the fabrics succeed most in bringing forth the pairs' belief of clothing as a decorative layer that amplifies the individual to a higher level; a revelation rather than a transformation.

For the past 6 years, Birnbaum & Bullock have transcended the realm of the bridal industry with their innovative concept of 'bridal components,' mix and match separates that combine to create an individualized wedding ensemble.
